Return to Top(NPC Dialog) Sarin, while using Nefer [6.1 / Luna II] according to dialog before. snowstorm refers to "large scale action" (of the fatui). nefer/jahoda are looking for weather reports, or "fatui deployment logs." could this suggest the Snheznograd Veche (which pulcinella seems to be the chairman of, although he might not share the views of it's members) has some qualm with the fatui? mmmmayyyybeee! it could also be nasha town / nod krai's dislike of the fatui.

Voice impression: Old man, deep voice. Powerful when speaking in public, old and good-natured behind the scenes.
Identity: 5th of the Fatui Harbingers, mayor of the largest city in Snezhnaya, conservative.
Personality: • In public, he is passionate, energetic, and warm-hearted, and really cares about his people. • His speeches are very sensational, making outsiders believe he is a politician that makes false promises, but in fact everything he says are all true. • When alone or with the people he trusst, he would appear tired and overworked. • He truly wants to fulfill the promises he made to Snezhnaya's people. He would sometimes experience fear or anxity, and uses these feelings to push himself to work.
Key Charms: A small and old elf-human. May seem pompous in public, but is in fact very down-to-earth behind the scenes. Very protective of people he like, [sic] especially Tartaglia. May seem unreliable at first sight, but can always solve incoming problems.
Trial Voicelines: 1. «I promise that the prices will drop to a normal level in three days. Brothers and sisters, looking back, how many hardships ahve we all faced since I became mayor? But we haven't been defeated, not even once?». Very close to his people when speaking, calling them brothers and sisters.
